Frequently asked questions

How many days should be planned?

Allow one day for around thirty wall-mounted signs, more if your order includes totems or embedded fixings. We adjust the estimate once we receive your order.

Can installation take place during peak season?

Yes, by scheduling work early in the morning in busy areas. However, we still favour periods outside school holidays to limit disruption.

Does a team member need to be present?

The presence of a campsite employee is needed at the start to validate the locations, then at hand-over at the end of the day. The rest of the time, our installers work independently.

What happens in case of bad weather?

The work is postponed at no cost to the next available mutually agreed date if conditions make installation impossible or dangerous.

Not sure about the volume to install?

Our team will estimate the number of days needed with you based on your current order.
